Thank you for your purchase! Understanding that your purchase has been packaged securely to ensure safety & quality it may need a little care & adjustment once it's out of the packaging.
Bows
Your bow may have gotten a little smooshed in the process of packing & shipping. The best way to fluff your bow is to hold the bow from the back where the pipe cleaner is. With your other hand gently bend and reshape each loop. Once the loops are shaped flair them from the center to give a full rounded look. Lastly shape the tails to fill in space or have them cascade down from the center. Once you’re satisfied with the look of your bow, take the pipe cleaner and wrap them around the secure point where you’ll be decorating with it, twist to secure.
Floral Arrangements
Your floral arrangement has been wrapped to ensure the quality and shape of the item. Should something come dislodged or moved gently shift and reshape the stems at the base towards the foam. If something comes out of the foam, gently separate the stems to see where there is a missing stem or a hole in the foam and place the stem. The foam is soft and does not need a lot of pressure to poke a stem into it. If your arrangement comes in 2 pieces, then gently set the floral arrangement on top or in the container once you have placed in in your desired location. Always hold both pieces when relocating your floral arrangement.
Wreaths
Your wreath has been packed to ensure the lowest cost of shipping while maintaining the quality of your item. Some floral stems may need to be reshaped or fluffed once you hang it up. Gently reform them to give a full and finished look. The bow on the wreath may also need a gentle reshape. Please see the above instructions on how to fluff your bows & enjoy!
Garlands
Your garland has been packed to ensure the lowest cost of shipping while maintaining the quality of your item. Once you have unpacked your garland hang it up where you want it located. Once it is properly mounted you can gently fluff and reshape branches to open the garland up for a full and lush shape. See above for instructions on how to fluff your bows & enjoy!
